We will be running a series of 45min complimetary StrongHer Impact classes throughout feb on Tuesdays & Thursdays, to revitalise womens feeling towards resistance training. Think bad ass beats, sledge hammer sass, legs shaking, might pass out but wanna laugh...cause you love it.
