Like our Warrior Project we pride ourselves on delivering the highest level of attention to all of our lovely StrongHer Women and so with StrongHer Strides that is no exception and so you get the most out of the program and nail your 5k. We expect our StrongHer Striders to be 100% COMMITTED* to the program- if you are unable to commit please DO NOT apply for one of the spots.
You have 2 options book on to the full 10 week course and sessions which works out to be £6.50 per session as well as all the exclusive discounts and support, or you can do a drop in class at £8 per session (drop in rate does not include the exclusive discounts and support)
Our session base will be at Victus Soul, located between Aldgate east & Tower Hill every Wednesday with sessions starting promptly at 7pm.
