Our Wednesday Sessions, headed up by our head coach Natasha, will be simple in structure and follow a 10 week plan meaning the more frequently you come the more progress you will see week to week- starting with some simple intervals and building up-to the wonderful 5k. If its your first time ever to running you will be offered to arrive 15-20mins before hand to have quick 1:1 so that Natasha can asses where you currently are at.
This is an outdoor session – we run come rain or shine.We’ll be heading out from Victus Soul at 7pm. We have a few different routes that take in some of London’s amazing landmarks including Tower Bridge, The Tower of London, Bankside and St Katherine’s Dock.
