StrongHer? Running? Yes thats right! As much as we harp on about weight training we also know and understand the benefits of running physically, mentally and socially. So we are pairing our knowledge of resistance training & running together to make any and every woman; novice to experienced run strongher, further and together.

This fully Integrated and supportive Women’s only couch to 5k course comes with a difference. This is an introduction to running StrongHer style meaning you will see the newest runner transform & improve over 10 weeks in technique, running strength, pace and most importantly CONFIDENCE-honing new skills and also creating new friendships which will ultimately lead up to our very own StrongHer Strides 5K race at the end. If you’ve ever fancied giving running a go but felt intimidated by the long-legs in Lycra, fear not. This course runs on the principle “No athlete left behind”. Led by an England Athletics qualified Run Leader, we’ll cover the basics of great running form as well as deal with the biggest barrier in the way of you fulfilling your potential – your mind and not to mention you will have a blast whilst doing it.

Like our Warrior Project we pride ourselves on delivering the highest level of attention to all of our lovely StrongHer Women and so with StrongHer Strides that is no exception and so you get the most out of the program and nail your 5k We expect our StrongHer Striders to be 100% COMMITTED* to the program- if you are unable to commit please DO NOT apply for one of the spots.

You have 2 options book on to the full 10 week course and sessions which works out to be £6.50 per session as well as all the exclusive discounts and support, or you can do a drop in class at £8 per session (drop in rate does not include the exclusive discounts and support)

Our session base will be at Victus Soul, located between Aldgate east & Tower Hill every Wednesday with sessions starting promptly at 7pm.

On Wednesdays through January our Head running coach Natasha Wood will be here to support your New year goals getting you to hit the ground running on some wonderful east London routes.
