To make sure we can give the highest level of attention during these sessions the maximum capacity is 14.
So we expect our StrongHer warriors to be 100% COMMITTED* to the program- if you are unable to commit please DO NOT apply for one of the spots.

Sessions will take place in 1 of 4 studios;

Mondays & Wednesdays 6.30-8AM

Tuesday & Thursdays 7-8.30PM

Mondays & Wednesdays 6.30pm-8.00PM
Wednesday & Fridays 6.45am-8.15AM

Tuesday & Thursdays 7.30-9PM

You are able to join the warrior project for as long as you like, depending on how much guidance and support you need- however the nature of the program is to guarantee that you not only transform yourself but give yourself the confidence to walk out and and do it on your own too.

Recommended Timeframes:
No experience with weight training: 4 months +
Basic understanding, but lack confidence:1-3 months
Need a kick up the butt:4-8 weeks

Each month you will receive 12 hours of  Full body weight training/resistance training, Conditioning (HIIT) training, body assessments/measurements and full nutrition and online support. This is all just from £15.80 per session, and because we are so sure on our warrior project, we guarantee results or you will receive the FULL payment back.

*we implement a 2 strike policy on attendance- due to the amount of applications we receive we often sell out quickly. So if you fail to attend x2 within a 4 week period, we have the right to remove you from the programme.(Pre booked holidays are exempt from the strike policy, also if sessions fall on bank holidays you will be able to attend another session within the warrior project)
