  • Weekdays: 6am - 9pm (off peak 8.30am-6pm)

    Weekends: 8am - 4pm (off peak 12pm - 4pm)

    Bank Holidays: 9am - 4pm (off peak 12pm-4pm)

  • To keep our StrongHerd safe we run 5-minute late policy (large group sessions) and 15-minute late policy (Semi-private group sessions), this is so you have been briefed on the class and all health and safety measures are adhered to. If you arrive after this period, unfortunately, you will not be able to participate in the session.

    This policy is in place to prevent injury and to be

    mindful of the teacher and other participants in the session. Where you are not permitted to join a session because of

    your late arrival it shall be classed as a late cancel and loss of credit/fees apply

    If you are new to StrongHer, we would advise arriving at least 10 minutes before the class starts, to ensure you are all set and ready to lift!

  • You absolutely know it! We want to make sure that you have no excuses to not invest time in yourself and also you get to inspire your offspring into healthy, strong habits.

    Some of our Front of House staff are DBS checked and may be able to watch over your little ones at the front though we wouldn’t necessarily recommend whilst busy and/or there are classes on as the music can be quite loud. (But, we do have a secret stash of toys for them to play with)

    N.B. Whilst we will watch over your children during the session, full responsibility is still with the parent/ guardian on-site.

  • Directly outside is marked with double yellow lines unfortunately however, there is pay and display on surrounding roads.

Choosing your StrongHer

 
  • There’s only one way for you to become part of the StrongHer Community and that’s to have a matchmaking chat with our co-founders, Tig and Sam, to talk through your options and answer any questions you have - you can book yours HERE!

    We know you might be keen to get into the gym - we get it! Once you’ve made that decision it’s ‘LET ME DO THIS NOW!!’ But we’ve seen so many people buy the wrong membership online and then end up leaving soon after because it wasn’t right for them. We want to stop that happening! So, our matchmaking chat is gonna help you avoid those fitness red flags, and set yourself up for success in the best way possible, so you are matched with the best membership for you!

  • We’ve recently changed how we bring new StrongHer members onboard - and we like to show you what it’s really like by inviting you into the studio before you panic buy a membership! Come on, you know we’ve all been there and impulse bought something and then regretted it afterwards.

 
 

Booking

 
  • Sessions can be booked one of 2 ways:

    1 - On our StrongHer Women App

    -IOS users download HERE

    -Android users download HERE

    2 -Via the website

    -Select your class on the schedule and log in to book

    Where possible we try to avoid bookings over the phone unless there is an issue with any of the above methods.

  • Yes, we absolutely do! You receive 10% off any of our Gym or Class memberships / packs. All you need to do is email info@strongher.co.uk with a picture of your ID. We’ll issue you the relevant discount code!

  • If a space becomes available more than 12 hours ahead of the class you will be automatically added to the class

    If a space becomes available within 12 hours of the class starts the waitlist method changes and you will be sent an email/push notification to accept. The first to reply gets the space.

  • Fantastic stuff. Please email get your friend to register an account HERE and as soon as they have email us their name and what class you are both booking into.

    Gym guest pass- Get your friend to register an account HERE and when you arrive we will set them up

  • Yes! For you to be able to attend a class you need to be at least 16.
    If you’d like to go to the gym you can do so if you are 16 and older. Your parent will need to come with you if you are 14 - 15 years old.
