Your 7-day trial includes full access to group sessions, one semi-private coaching session, a movement screening and onboarding, and guidance on which sessions will best support your goals.
It’s designed to help you experience what training at StrongHer is really like, not just turn up and guess.

Once you purchase the trial, you’ll receive a welcome email with next steps. We’ll help you book your onboarding and first sessions, and you’ll be supported throughout the week by our coaching team.
If you have questions at any point, you can reach out.

That’s absolutely fine many of our members start with little or no strength training experience.
Our coaches are there to guide you through movements, adjust exercises to your level, and help you build confidence at your own pace.
You don’t need to “get fit first” to train with us

StrongHer is a welcoming, women-only strength space focused on coaching, not intimidation.
You’ll train in groups from 4-16 with a coach present, using barbells, dumbbells, and functional equipment, all introduced gradually and with guidance

Most sessions run for around 60 minutes, including warm-up and coaching.
We’ll help you choose sessions that fit your schedule and experience level during your onboarding

That’s okay, life happens.
The trial is there to give you a feel for the environment, coaching, and training style. You don’t need to attend every single day to benefit from it.
If you’re unsure what to prioritise, just ask, we’ll guide you.

We’ve got you. A lot of people come to us with aches and pains or an injury history. We start with a movement screening and chat about your history so we can tailor your training appropriately.
Our coaches can adapt exercises to work around injuries and help you train safely. If anything feels uncomfortable, we adjust.

If StrongHer feels like the right fit, you’ll have the option to continue into our 6-week programme or membership with your £89 credited off.
If not, there’s no pressure to continue. You’ll simply finish your trial.
