  • Training during ramadan

    On the 13th February 2026 we host A practical workshop for women who are fasting and want to continue training safely and confidently during Ramadan.

    We’ll cover how fasting affects energy, training, hydration and recovery, plus when and how to train without pushing or burnout.

    Open to members and non-members.
    All fitness levels welcome.

  • Max Out Day-Members only

    Test your Strength and celebrate your progress- 2nd Feb- 8th Feb 2026

    A week-long strength testing cycle where members track progress across key lifts and movements.

    Throughout the week, you’ll test squats, deadlifts, bench press, push-ups and pull-ups, with full coaching support to ensure safe, confident execution.

    Whether you’re setting new PBs or learning what’s possible for you right now, Max Out Week is about data, progress and self-trust not comparison.

    Late March 2026- Limited spaces

    Ready to find out what StrongHer is all about? Join us for a taster day! We’ll take you through a workout - LVL Up - which is our most popular class concept.

    After that we’ll walk you through a goal setting session to help you get really clear on your fitness goals.

    And then? A chance to chat to other attendees, chill out and try one of our delicious protein smoothies at our shake bar.
