  • Taster Day

    12 July - 1:30pm

    Ready to find out what StrongHer is all about? Join us for a taster day! We’ll take you through a workout - LVL Up - which is our most popular class concept.

    After that we’ll walk you through a goal setting session to help you get really clear on your fitness goals.

    And then? A chance to chat to other attendees, chill out and try one of our delicious protein smoothies at our shake bar.

  • Strong with PCOS

    18 July 6pm

    Strong With PCOS is a 2-hour in-person workshop designed to help women understand their bodies, train with confidence, and move beyond the generic advice that often fails those with PCOS.

    Whether you feel lost in your training, unsure how to work with your cycle (or irregular cycle), or just want more clarity — this workshop is for you.

    29 June 12-1:30pm

    This month we’re going all out musicals! Join us for Musical Mayhem - singing at the top of your lungs and lifting heavy sh*t.

    Our Saturday socials are for our members and their friends. They include a fun workout and a chance for cakes and chats afterwards.
