Session memberships:
Depending on how many times you’ve been attending throughout your 6 weeks will determine what membership we recommend.
Our memberships are based on large group personal training sessions, with a maximum of 16 people per strength session.
Our coaches are experienced and fully qualified so can adapt the training programme based on your ability. We’re not about ego lifting around here!
All our sessions are planned in 6-week blocks, designed specifically to help you get progressively stronger.
Session memberships also include:
🏋️ Full gym access — open gym hours 6am-9pm (Saturdays 9am-4pm & Sundays 9am-1.30pm)
🎉 Saturday socials — Mix and mingle with other women in the community for a special session & Bring a friend for free
👭 Guest passes — share your membership with a friend each month
