SEMI PRIVATE COACHING

LARGE GROUP COACHING

  • Women who need that 1:1 support and personalisation based on goals or preference of training.

  • £90 per session

  • 1:1 sessions with a personal trainer

    *Minimum commitment required of 4 weeks

Session memberships:

Depending on how many times you’ve been attending throughout your 6 weeks will determine what membership we recommend.

  • Our memberships are based on large group personal training sessions, with a maximum of 16 people per strength session.

  • Our coaches are experienced and fully qualified so can adapt the training programme based on your ability. We’re not about ego lifting around here!

  • All our sessions are planned in 6-week blocks, designed specifically to help you get progressively stronger.

Session memberships also include:

🏋️ Full gym access — open gym hours 6am-9pm (Saturdays 9am-4pm & Sundays 9am-1.30pm)

🎉 Saturday socials — Mix and mingle with other women in the community for a special session & Bring a friend for free

👭 Guest passes — share your membership with a friend each month
