During your 6-week StrongHer Start, you’ll get to experience all our training styles. At the end, we’ll help you choose the membership that genuinely fits you.

SEMI PRIVATE (WARRIOR)

  • For women who thrive in a small group (max 4) with more 1:1 attention

  • £25 per session

    • 🏋️‍♀️3 semi private session per week

    • 🙌🏾Unlimited Large group sessions

    • 👥 2 Guest passes per month

LARGE GROUP COACHING

  • Women who want expert guidance, accountability, and a clear plan- Max 16 per session

  • £15 per session

    • 🏋️‍♀️3 or Unlimited sessions per week

1:1 PERSONAL TRAINING

  • Women who need that 1:1 support and personalisation based on goals or preference of training.

  • £90 per session

  • 1:1 sessions with a personal trainer

    *Minimum commitment required of 4 weeks
