The Warrior Project is our premium small-group training experience designed for women who want more structure, more guidance, and more results.

You’ll train in a group of up to four women, working through a tailored strength program created. Every session is focused, supported and fully guided, so you never have to guess what to do or whether you’re doing it right.

This is where technique improves, confidence grows, and real strength is built.

What’s included:

  • Personalised strength program tailored to your goals

  • Technique coaching and form corrections every session

  • Progress tracking

  • Small groups (max 4 women) for focused support

  • A coach who knows your body, your goals and your journey

  • Access to classes alongside your training plan (optional depending on your membership)
