What's the difference between semi-private and personal training?

Ultimately it comes down to the size of the group and cost effectiveness. Our semi-private personal training has a maximum of 6 people in a session. Members love it and see great results because they get peer accountability. They like working with like-minded people who learn from each other, as well as getting more attention from the coach. Each month we work on a new programme, which we tailor to your needs to help you get StrongHer.

Personal training is on a 1:1 basis - so just you and the coach. Some people love that - having all the attention! And some people don't.

Again, it's entirely up to you which you'd prefer to do! We can talk to you all about it at your StrongHer matchmaking chat.

“I've joined the Warrior project and I do think it was one of the best decisions I've made this year. It was great to have a group of very different individuals who still rally together and support each other through each task! It was however more than just lifting some weights - it helped me realize that I can do everything I want with the right coaching and the right attitude! It also assists with not just fitness, but also lifestyle and nutrition changes to ensure that you are giving all that you have (and more! you have no idea what you are capable of!) to achieve what you want!”
