1. About This Deposit By purchasing the £49 deposit, you are reserving one space on the StrongHer January 6-Week Programme (“the Programme”).
This deposit guarantees your start date and locks in the discounted price of £449 (instead of £599).
2. What the Deposit Includes
Your £49 deposit provides:
Guaranteed place in the January intake
Black Friday Programme price of £499
Optional free gym access during December
StrongHer Reset digital guide
A January Onboarding Consultation call
The deposit is not the full programme fee.
3. Remaining Balance
The remaining £400 must be paid before your agreed Programme start date. Payment options will be provided by your StrongHer sales manager during your onboarding consultation.
If payment is not received before the start date, StrongHer reserves the right to release your space to another client.
4. Consultation Call / Onboarding
After paying your deposit, you will be contacted within 48 hours to schedule your onboarding consultation call. During this call, we will:
confirm your start date
discuss goals, injuries, and training needs
outline expectations
arrange payment of the remaining balance
5. Refund Policy
The £49 deposit is non-refundable. This is because:
it reserves one of our limited January spaces
we begin processing your onboarding & admin
If you are unsure about your eligibility or readiness, we encourage you to contact us before purchasing.
6. Transfers & Start Date Changes
If you can no longer begin in January:
you may transfer your deposit to the February intake (one-time transfer)
transfer requests must be made at least 7 days before your January start date
Deposits cannot be transferred beyond one intake, nor transferred to another person.
7. Programme Delivery & Attendance
Your place in the Programme is confirmed only when:
the remaining balance has been paid/ agreed payment structure
your onboarding call has been completed
you have been assigned a start date and training schedule
Failure to attend booked sessions does not qualify for refunds or extensions unless agreed at StrongHer’s discretion.
8. Health & Safety
By purchasing the deposit, you confirm that:
you are medically able to participate in exercise
you will disclose any injuries or relevant health conditions during onboarding
you agree to train safely under coach guidance
StrongHer reserves the right to decline participation if deemed unsafe.
9. Behaviour, Studio Policy & Conduct
All clients must adhere to StrongHer studio guidelines, safety rules, and community standards.
StrongHer may revoke programme participation if behaviour is unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate.
10. Non-Completion / No-Show
If you do not attend your onboarding call or fail to respond to scheduling messages within 7 days, StrongHer may release your space.
The deposit remains non-refundable.
11. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Klarna, or Payl8r via StrongHer’s approved checkout system.
By purchasing, you agree to their individual payment terms.
