You need to try it to believe it. It's hard to explain what it's like training at StrongHer, so we're not going to! Instead, we're inviting you to join SIX WEEKS TO STRONGHER. You’ll get access to every element of StrongHer - unlimited sessions, nutrition support, dedicated gym space, and our fabulous coaches and community.

There’s only one way for you to become part of the StrongHer Community and that’s to have a matchmaking chat with our co-founders, Tig and Sam, to talk through your options and answer any questions you have.

We know you might be keen to get into the gym - we get it! Once you’ve made that decision it’s ‘LET ME DO THIS NOW!!’ But we’ve seen so many people buy the wrong membership online and then end up leaving soon after because it wasn’t right for them. We want to stop that happening! So, our matchmaking chat is gonna help you avoid those fitness red flags, and set yourself up for success in the best way possible, so you are matched with the best membership for you!

2 x SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING

Need a lil more guidance? Our semi-private personal sessions offer training in a small, supportive group, at one of two levels: beginner or intermediate. Two session of 75min are available at 16 timeslots throughout the week to fit around your schedule.
