  • 2* or 3 x 75-minute sessions per week (16-18 sessions to choose from so you can fit them around your schedule)

  • Bi-weekly drop-in sessions with our Partner nutritionist

Road to Warrior

 
 

1 Add yourself to the StrongHer Training App. Fill out the start-up consultation form

 
 
 

2 Your coach will be assigned and will contact you

 
 
 
 
 

3 Booking sessions opens on the 27th of the month - make sure your first 2 sessions are on the first full week of the month you are joining

 
 

4 You will be invited to a movement screening and fitness test with you coach ahead of starting- please be sure to communicate with you coach
