Sporty Spice Steph has tried it all, from football and hockey to dancing and cheerleading - she loves to challenge her mind and body, pushing herself to never stay in one place. Currently as a rugby player she runs fast and hits hard.

In rugby all body shapes and skill sets are not only welcomed but celebrated. Steph brings this ethos to her training, encouraging women to recognise their strengths and celebrate the unique things their mind and body achieve every day.

With a Masters degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology she believes movement can enhance both mental and physical wellbeing. She is focused on the enjoyment of movement, and making your training really matter to you and who you are.
