Terri is determined to prove that every single person on this planet has a place in the fitness space, regardless of age, gender or current ability! There are no barriers to improve on your health.

She has the eye of a hawk when it comes to form and will teach you the correct technique with cues and explanations that are fun, memorable and easy to understand with relatable real world examples

Her primary goal is to create a space free from gym intimidation and to empower you to believe and discover your true potential

Terri is on a mission to conquer your fitness fears and gym-timidation! She is passionate about building your self-confidence and getting you moving in a way you never believed you could.

Terri firmly believes there isn't anyone "too weak", "too old" or "too lazy". Everybody can improve on their health and fitness one way or another!
