WHAT IT’S LIKE IN MEL’S CLASSES

Mel will have you feeling welcome in any class. Her soft, supportive nature is always encouraging. Mel loves to connect with people, and help provide them a safe space to move and express. Helping them feel empowered physically and mentally, and leave the space smiling.

WHAT IT’S LIKE TO HAVE MEL AS A PT: the softer one

Mel has a passion for helping women fulfil their full potential. To empower and encourage all women. To love the skin they’re in and be proud of what their body and mind can achieve.

Mel loves to have a laugh. Dance, smile, be silly and support others. Mel’s love for fitness and exploring movement stemmed from challenges in her own life. Movement is her medicine.

Mel believes there is no one set way of moving, and will adapt training to your needs. Our bodies should be able to move freely and pain free. She will help you feel empowered, strong, and resilient.

Having qualified as a holistic health coach in 2022 Mel has a deeper understanding of the benefits from movement on mental health and mindset. She has experience in breathwork, mind health, pain management, stress management, strength training and movement flow.

Mel is also a qualified stretch therapist, and uses manual therapy techniques to help alleviate tension, increase flexibility, range of movement, and reduce global stress. She can incorporate strength training and stretch therapy for an all round holistic approach.
