In Pat's classes the tunes are loud! She creates a music journey that keeps all the members going, especially when the session gets tough! She is very encouraging and also attentive, giving options when needed and making sure that everyone in the room is moving well. You will truly feel part of a team in her classes and you will leave the studio feeling accomplished and on a high!
WHAT IT’S LIKE TO HAVE PAT AS A PT: the dedicated one
Has been in the fitness industry since 2010 and hasn't looked back since the moment she started lifting weights and how amazing it made her feel. Her sports background is football, which she started playing from a very young age until her mid 20s. She has always been very active and exercising is a big part of who she is.
As a mum of 2 young kids, she empathises with parents and understands how challenging it can be to prioritise your health and fitness, however she believes that staying fit and looking after yourself is key to keeping up with daily responsibilities.
Pat is very dedicated with her clients and loves helping in any way that she can, so expect her to be 100% on your team. She will design a personalised programme that meets you where you are at in your fitness journey and she will make sure you learn how to lift weights efficiently. Above all you will enjoy the process.
She is also Pre and Post Natal qualified if you are looking to stay fit and strong during and after your pregnancy - your little one will of course be welcome in the studio.
