Specialising in mapping strength around your hormonal cycles/hormonal issues, sports performance, Olympic weightlifting, and bodybuilding, she will show you the ways of working with your body, without any restrictions to get to your goal, in a fun way obviously.
She will care to understand your hormone pattern to unleash the power you have hiding within you (yes you do a lot of it) and build lean muscle, get your goals and transform your life so you can continue to thrive in all avenues of your life.
